This is Thomas Liu from Diode, we are making high power diode laser systems. I am looking for someone who can do the Metal Injection Mold (MIM) on our special parts, which will be made of Tungsten Carbide, and Tungsten Heavy Alloy (>97% Tungsten)

Please advise if your plant can produce the finished gear to the attached drawing, presently machined out of free machining brass rod. I think these parts lend themselves to a complete finished to size sintered gear or MIM part.
