Through our engineers carefully evaluated, we found that we can produce it use two process(Powder Metallurgy and Metal Injection Molding).Please kindly check the attachment.

Because the structure of part is too complex,it is not one-time molding use PM process.we need machine to guarantee the dimensions.so the cost will be high.

The performance of MIM is better than PM, and the density will be high.But because the mold structure of MIM is more complex than PM, the mold fee will be high .

Consider the performance, we suggest that you can use MIM to do it.
