Please advise if your plant can produce the finished gear to the attached drawing, presently machined out of free machining brass rod. I think these parts lend themselves to a complete finished to size sintered gear or MIM part.

The annual quantity is 5,000,000 with 500,000 pieces required per month.

The alloy is not important since they are using free machining brass. I think a standard bronze will be better suited for this application but if you can quote a lower cost brass, please do so.
