I would like to assess the feasibility of using metal injection molding to produce a round housing (approx.. dimensions of each side: 25mm diameter, 10mm height). The parts are for an electronics housing and will house a small battery and PCB. The parts need to be lightweight and strong (dent resistant). 

• What is the minimum wall thickness for a part of that size? 

• Which materials are you able to mold? 

• Could they be made of stainless steel, aluminum, or zinc alloy? 

• What information do you need for a budgetary quote?
