We want to make an enquiry for manufacturing of 10 custom parts -  each in edition of 100 000(Total of 1 000 000).

I attached the 2D(PDF format) and 3D(STEP format) drawings of the 10 parts with their designations.

The materials and the finish of some of the surfaces of some of the parts  are explicitly cited in the 2D files.

Also in 2D files I explicitly cited the important dimension tolerances to be controlled – the dimensions without cited tolerances has to be as closest possible to its designations.

We need in your offer detailed information segregated on level of individual Part as :

1.       Part  X

2.       Manufacturing Process as operations

3.       Minimum Tolerances for the process (linear/ diametric )

4.       Base Price for Raw Material (USD /KG)

5.       Raw Material consumption for Part (KG/Part)

6.       Price for Manufacturing – work fee (USD/Work for Part)

7.       Total Price of the Part (USD/Part)

8.       Lead time for 100 000 pieces (DAYS/100 000 * Part )

In a matter of fact - our idea is to outsource permanently the manufacturing of our product in China - but first we need your quotations for further discussions.
