We want to produce special fittings (see drawings and step files in attachment).

The drawing 40 mm in attachment is only 1 size from a whole range of fittings from 25 till 125mm. (25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 75, 90, 110, 125)

I send you hereby the drawings from the fitting 40mm.

The material is AISI 431 stainless steel and originally to be produced with the lost wax casting process and machined afterwards

I think the MIM process can be a better solution.

Our tolerances are tight but as far as I can judge, it will not be a problem for metal injection moulding, then there will be no need for machining.

MIM 17-4PH could be an alternative for AISI 431?

Production quantity after sample = minimum 3.000 pieces per order.

1)      Can you produce this clamp-nut according our drawings?

2)      If so what is the price with VAT included in RMB?

3)      What is the price without VAT in RMB?

4)      What is the mould price?
